CAN ANYONE ENTER COMPETITIONS?
You must be 18 years or older and a UK resident to enter our competitions. Employees of Epic Friday Competitions or anyone professionally associated with the company are not eligible to enter.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable once your order is completed, as ticket numbers are allocated immediately.
HOW DO I ENTER COMPETITIONS?
Simply select the competition you wish to enter, choose the number of tickets you would like, and complete checkout. Your ticket numbers will be allocated automatically and emailed to you instantly.
HOW DO I ENTER FOR FREE VIA POST?
You may enter for free by sending your name, date of birth, address, email, contact number and the competition name on a postcard to our postal address listed in the competition terms.
One valid postal entry equals one competition entry.

HOW IS THE WINNER CHOSEN?
Winners are selected using a fair and transparent process, either via a random number generator, or during a live draw, using independently viewable tools. The draw method for each competition is stated clearly in advance.
WHEN IS THE DRAW?
Each competition displays its draw date on the competition page.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I HAVE WON?
The winner will be contacted immediately.
We also announce winning tickets on our website and/or social media channels.
IS THE DRAW LIVE OR RECORDED?
Most of our draws are performed using a random number generator, ensuring the process is transparent and fair.
If a recorded draw is used, the full recording will be posted and accessible to all entrants.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A COMPETITION DOES NOT SELL ENOUGH TICKETS?
Most of our draws have no minimum ticket threshold but from time to time with bigger prizes minimum ticket thresholds may be necessary. This will be clearly indicated on prize pages and the before you enter.
CAN I ENTER MORE THAN ONCE?
Yes. You may purchase multiple tickets for a competition unless a maximum entry limit is specified.
HOW DO DIGITAL TICKETS WORK?
Once your order is complete, your ticket numbers are generated automatically and sent to you via email.
You can also view them in your account area.
WHAT ARE THE ODDS OF WINNING?
The odds depend on the total number of tickets available for each competition. This number is always displayed on the competition page.
HOW DO INSTANT WINS WORK?
Instant win prizes are randomly pre-assigned to specific ticket numbers, which can be viewed in the Instant Win tab. While it is possible for all instant win prizes to be won, this is not guaranteed. Purchasing multiple tickets, or all available tickets, does not guarantee winning any or all remaining instant win prizes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER BUT DON’T MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS?
Entries from individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria (age, residency, or other requirements) will be void. Entry fees are not refundable in such cases.
CAN I TRANSFER OR EXCHANGE MY PRIZE?
Prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. In some cases, a cash alternative may be offered.
DO YOU DELIVER PRIZES?
Yes. Physical prizes are delivered free of charge within the UK.
Cash prizes are paid via secure bank transfer.
